An awesome rainbow Anne and I saw on the way from New London to Providence.
A horrible picture of the EC rush catbus I mentioned a while back. Mom wanted to see it.
Yesterday was the Feast of Divine Proportions. It was a lot of fun. It was strongly themed, which came across to some as narrowly focused, but it wasn't a problem for me. I went to a few fun classes, helped in the smoothest-run kitchen I've ever helped in (they regularly had more helpers than they knew what to do with during prep), enjoyed the Commedia and a most delicious feast, and sang with the Quire (my first singing performance since the Musicians' Guild back in High School). The highlight for me was getting inducted into the Order of the Daystar, the baronial service order. It was a total surprise*, and I was greatly honored.
Mom, want to make me some yellow and blue kumihimo?
Postrevel was at Camelot. I still really like the idea of cohousing, but I'm really not convinced I'd want to be so far out from the city. Someone just needs to invent jumpgates, and then everything would work so much better.
*: Well, I was warned ahead of time, presumably because His Excellency was worried I'd punt court again otherwise. ^_^
